1.Hydraulic cylinder: The use of high strength ZG35# high-quality
cast steel material.Add two sealing structures in the cylinder
cavity and add a guide ring structure to reduce the wear of the
piston on the seal ring and ensure the service life of the seal
ring for more than 3 years.
2.Upper beam, lower base: the upper beam and lower beam are welded as
a whole structure. The
height of the upper beam is determined by finite element analysis
and designed according to variable section and equal strength beam.
3.The hot plate is made of 45 # high quality steel and processed by
heating treatment. The working surface roughness reaches Ra1.6(to
meet the national standard of no mold use finish standard). The hot
plate heating hole adopts deep hole drilling equipment and is
formed by drilling once.
4.Frame plate: Frame plate adopts high-quality Q345 medium plate
material. After special treatment, the side plate has high tensile
strength and stability to ensure its mechanical strength and
durability
5.Plunger and seal: Plunger is chilled alloy material, hardness up to
HRC65-72. Korean technology Ka-type sealing structure, the use of
double fluorine rubber sealing ring and a dust-proof ring combined
structure, durable.
6.Automatic push-pull mold device: push-pull device includes a drag
plate, guide rail, skateboard, roller, ball screw, push and pull
motor and other structures, using PLC control, frequency conversion
push-pull control.
7.Hydraulic system :It is composed of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic
station (including tank, high and low pressure pump motor,
reversing valve,pressure limiting valve, pressure sensor, electric
contact pressure gauge, filter, etc.) and hydraulic pipeline.
8.Electrical system:It is composed of electrical control cabinet, programmable
controller (PLC), various
sensors (temperature, hydraulic pressure, position, etc.) and
signal cables, display terminal (touch screen), electric
(pneumatic)valve, sound and light alarm, etc
9.Control program :Voltage 380V, frequency 50Hz, control voltage
220V, hydraulic components control voltage 24V, electrical control
line is equipped with short circuit, overload and other protection
devices, with manual and automatic operation procedures
